Thank
you to all who participated in our Walk at Work today.
It was a great day for a walk to the beach and back.
Paul and Rosemary provided delicious samples of healthy
foods and many healthy cooking tips. All participants
received a nutrition packet and a pedometer. We will be
doing more health and fitness activities in the future.
Look for more walking facts and tips as well as a survey
about walking and general fitness. We are hoping to
have a program where we keep records of our walking,
achieve goals, and earn prizes.
