  • Identify your most profitable customers and find more like them by analyzing current spending versus potential spending
  • Search/explore businesses you can target for your products and services
  • Compare prospective sites you are considering for a new business location by generating comparison reports based on hundreds of variables

Business Planning and Plans

The key to seeing your business through is to write a business plan! Investors, landowners and possible employees will want to see a plan of your business ideas. If written with clarity and sophistication, the plan will succeed in gaining you credibility.

Business plans are significant for building a new business because without a set vision of ideas, gaining support and developing your business into reality becomes a challenging task. Investors, property management or partners will want to see a plan of what your business is capable of doing for their investments and time spent helping you create your business. In order to impress or persuade others to help and support the new business, a clearly worded and organized plan is necessary.

Plans are dependant on business type and what you are trying to convey within the plan. Features geared towards impressing and persuading land owners into giving a lease for your business may include a mission statement, potential staff members to show stability of the business, consumer groups targeted by your business and local or global tendencies in your trades market. If trying to gain investor support, a financial route is required. Features may include market trends for your products, financial analysis including cash flow and financial projections, budgeting for the company and company management. Investors may also want a company strategy that will separate your business from the rest of the local trade, or growth plans which could ensure investors of commitment and future success.
