Town of East Lyme, CT

In February 2010, Ron Bence, Building Supervisor for the Town of East Lyme, achieved Building Operator Certification-Level I & II.  The Building Operator Certification credential is awarded to individuals who demonstrate knowledge and competency in the energy efficient operation and maintenance of buildings and equipment.  Mr. Bence completed over 120 hours of classroom training and in-facility project assignments in electrical & HVAC systems, energy conservation, codes and indoor air quality to earn this certification. 

The Town of East Lyme is proud of his accomplishment and looks forward to his capable contribution in this area as the Town works to improve the overall efficiency of all Town properties.
