DCS Energy installed these solar systems at NO COST to the Town. The Town will receive all of the electricity generated by the new systems at NO COST for the life of the solar units (average $60 - $80 per month per building for 25 years). DCS Energy received all of the installation grants and clean energy credits that apply to the project in return for their participation.
The installer was participating in a federal job training program which provides installation training to all of the students assisting on the install. As a result this project benefits the supplier, creates hands on job training, and we get Free Electricity!
