MESSAGE FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT

In July of this year, the tipping fee that the Town is charged for disposal of bulky waste materials that are dropped off at the Town’s Transfer Station increased by 11%. Because of this, the Board of Selectman at their meeting on September 6, 2023 approved an increase in the fee the Town charges its residents for bulky waste from 9.45 cents/lb to 10.5 cents/lb.  The increased fee will go into effect on Tuesday September 26, 2023.
