Sec. 1.4 affects some of these ordinances and resolutions: Special acts and ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent with this charter and superseded by it shall have no further force or effect after the effective date of this charter

General Statutes 7-148a,  each Town shall print and publish all amendments to its ordinances and all special acts adopted on or before March first of each even-numbered year.  Any ordinances, either new or amended, that take place after the printing, will not appear on the webpage but may be accessed through the office of the Town Clerk.
